Cuando sueltas un clásico del techno como este has de hacerlo en el momento y con el ambiente apropiados. Esta versión tiene todas las baterías silenciadas, pero escupe una energía monumental. A veces no necesitas kicks fuertes para agitar a la gente. Como ya dije, la clave es el momento.

It's all about the right mood and timing when you drop this techno classic. All drums muted in this version, but there's a lot of energy going. Sometimes you really don't need a heavy kick to move the crowd. As I said, nothing but good timing is the key.

CAN! Todos vosotros conocéis a CAN (eso espero, de lo contrario escuchen con atención). No hay 4/4 aquí, pero sigue siendo un pepino en la pista. La batería de Jacky Liebezeit suena aquí muy muy tensa, pero todo depende del momento que la sueltes. No hay demasiados dj's que pongan este tipo de cosas. Para mí se trata de sorprender al público y hacer una especie de declaración de intenciones! Supongo que a veces está bien asustar a algún tipo de gente para seguir teniendo el buen groove en marcha.

CAN! All of you know CAN (i hope-if not listen carfeully). No 4/4 Rhythm but still heavy on dancefloor. The drumming by Jacky Liebezeit is tight very tight, but all about the timing when you drop this German classic. It's not to many jocks these days playing these jams. For me it's all about to surprise the crowd and make some Statements! I guess sometimes its OK to scare away some people to keep the good groove going.

It's actually a track I play early in the night or in the end. It could also happen i drop in the middle of the night, peak time. When i have a certain chemical buddy in anything is possible.

May mix! Long intro, no drums, only birds you can hear! But again timing is the key. I play it when the floor is packed and let breathe, I love this so much i get goose bumps: this is techno!

Cajas decididamente 4/4, pero es un track para mentes abiertas, esta versión incluye además un montón de guitarras. Vuelvo a mis raíces alemanas, que para nada son techno.

Actually straight 4/4 drumming but it's a very open minded tune with a lot guitars in this version, very rocky. It's going back to my german roots, and german roots ain't techno for me.
